Roger is a 2015 graduate of the University of Toledo's Respiratory Care Program. He is an actively working Respiratory Therapist in NE Ohio, with over 8 years of clinical experience in areas such as Adult Critical Care, Adult ECMO Specialist, Leadership, Clinical Education, PEDS/ Neonates, LTACs, Clinical Research, and much more. Having experience in both the clinical and management side of the health care field allows Roger to understand issues from multiple angles and perspectives.
ANDREW CIANCHETTI RRT
Co-Owner / Respiratory Therapist
Andrew has been practicing respiratory therapy for 8 years, graduating from Stark State College in 2015. He has worked at several hospital systems in Ohio including CC Mercy Medical Center, Summa Health and most recently Select Medical gaining experience as an ECMO specialist and working in emergency, cardiac, trauma, and adult critical care units.
ANDREW REISS -RRT
Co-Owner / Respiratory Therapist
Andrew graduated from respiratory therapy school in July 2015 and started work at Swedish Medical Center - a level one trauma center in Englewood, Colorado. At Swedish he was able to hone his critical care skills and get valuable experience working in the PICU and NICU. Andrew was promoted to Clinical Coordinator where he got valuable experience in leadership and education. Since then, he moved back to NE Ohio where he was born and raised. Andrew has worked for Summa Health System in Akron, OH and Select Specialty Hospital in Cleveland, OH since moving back to NE Ohio in 2018.
