DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
A strong clinical background is ideal for being able to excel in world of contract health care work. Having at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience is what we look for in candidates (most facilities have such requirements). As for the kind of experience you have, your resume of skills acquired over the years can help us find you a contract best suited for you.
WHAT KIND OF PAPERWORK WILL I NEED?
Our employee onboarding process will be convenient and simple for you to upload required documentation to one place. Examples of required material would be: BLS/ ACLS certifications, vaccine history, state license, tax withholding forms, ect.
WHAT KIND OF CONTRACTS DO YOU OFFER?
Typical contract lengths are 8 - 13 weeks long, depending on individual facility needs. We primarily offer 36 hr full-time, and 24 hr part-time contracts. PRN contracts may also be available at the discretion of the contract facility.
WHERE CAN I WORK?
Currently, NEO Care primarily services LTAC facilities in NE Ohio and the surrounding areas, with plans to expand to larger trauma centers in the near future.
